David Peterson is the co-owner of Synergy Staging, an award winning boutique staging company in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 2007 with his partner Nik Murrow, Synergy Staging was named the Top Staging Team in North America at the 2014 RESA Convention. In addition, David served for five years as the President of the Portland RESA Chapter and was named the RVP of the year at both the 2016 and 2017 RESA Conventions.
Highlights during his tenure as RESA Chapter President include coordinating two Northwest Stager MeetUps with the Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver B.C. Chapters in both Seattle and in Portland. He also organized two charity stagings for Raphael House where the Portland Chapter, through their generous contributions, fully made over the apartments of four families who were victims of domestic violence. He also facilitated numerous meetings, activities, and networking events for the Stagers in Portland.
David is also a resource for Staging colleagues both locally and nationally be it through conference presentations, private consultations, advice on Facebook, or just over drinks!
He graduated from Loyola Marymount University and lived in Los Angeles for 26 years working in both the real estate and entertainment industry before moving to Portland. Outside of the staging industry, David is also the owner of Synergy Management Group, a business management company.
