Donna Sadwin has traveled the world, creating designs in four continents over a span of four decades. When approached to develop a staging division of her design company, Design Studio 312, it was a natural and successful progression. Her real estate staging style uses interior designing principles which creates well designed properties that are staged for their optimum visual representation. Her eye for artistic details and knowledge of the potential buyer’s wants and needs helps listings sell faster, sometimes in as little as a few hours!
Realtors request Donna's staging assessment for homeowners so that they may successfully prepare their occupied home to photograph beautifully and become an impressive showing for quicker sales. Rehabbers know she will bring her well chosen furniture and accessories into their vacant houses for a custom staging which accentuates their hard work and gets the property sold fast.
She was also approached to become a founding board member of the RESA Delaware Valley Chapter. She enjoys the interaction and exchange of ideas with other professionals and the feeling of being on a team, rather than in a competition.
Her goal is to create spaces where people can be more comfortable where they live and work. With a dual degree in design and psychology, she interviews her clients to determine the desired emotion or “feel” of a room. Using the appropriate colors and textures within the given physical structure, she wants to exceed expectations of how great a room can become. Her interaction with realtors, homeowners, and rehabbers has changed the standard for staging in the Southern New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia Area.
